Was prescribed testostorone blockers and stopped takingthem after a few months (hated the side effects). I have been on birth control pills and while I like knowing when I will get my period, the control in flow and number of days I have it, I hate the side effects (breast tenderness) and I am 36 y.o.'s and a smoker. Please no lectures. I know!!! Here is my question. In all of the literature I have read no one seems to focus on mood swings and depression. Am I the only one experiencing this? If not, how are others addressing it?
