There is a site that might help you with the insulin-PCO-miscarriage link you're seeking (most knowledgeable REs conceed a much higher m/c rate with PCO pts than others). It can be found at http://blues.fd1.uc.edu/~gartsips/polycyst.htm

This site is run by one Dr. Glueck in Cincinnati at Jewish Hospital (that's where he practiced 2 yrs ago, I assume he's still at the same place), and there is some info in it about m/c. There may not be a strictly *causational* link between insulin levels and m/c, but it is highly suspected to be a *correlational* link, and that's enough to convince some drs.
