The court decision technically only applied to that one company is my understanding, but it could be cited in other cases and eventually determine a precedent. So, the Supreme Court didn't say all have to pay, just that one company right now, but it is a great sign. There is some PROPOSED legislation I heard about today that would allow people to buy perscriptions from out-of-country sources. Of course, the FDA and especially drug companies will do everything they possibly can to stop that idea. Finally, When I was on Met, I got side effects about 30 days into it and then they subsided. I've been on Avandia almost 4 months. This morning it took every bit of strength to get to work today, but i started taking iron supplements Monday and this afternoon I felt slightly improved.
