I doubt the Glucophage caused hair loss. The theory being gluc helps IR
which causes cysts which increase the production of testosterone which
converts to DHT which causes hair loss.
Yasmin is supposed to have anti-androgen effects. Here's info from the
Yasmin website: "Drospirenone is different from the progestins currently
available in other oral contraceptives. As an analogue of
spironolactone, widely used by Ob/Gyns for many women, drospirenone
exhibits antimineralocorticoid
activity that influences the regulation of water and electrolyte balance
in the body. "
