Your post struck me as a little funny, believe it or not. Last time I went to the doctor, here I am sitting around in a paper dress, and at age 36, the doc says I had better get used to being fat (like I didn't have that one figured out) because it is very hard to lose weight with PCOS, and that at "my advanced age" if I am going to do fertility again, I need to get with it because I'm not gettting any younger. I just love those informative people, don't you?

I did lose a good bit of weight when I followed lower-carb plans, but haven't been on the wagon lately. I do find that I don't feel as good when I eat like a fool, so I've made up my mind to get on the wagon again. Wish me luck!

So any one loose the weight and kept it off yet???
