Most of us are trying to conceive, so having a tubal ligation doesn't apply. No one knows exactly why the symptoms show up so disparately in different women---some after childbirth, some after puberty--but I think anyone with an ounce of medical knowledge would deny that it is causational with tubal ligations. To me, that throws any other information in the book you read in to serious question--if they can't even get the premise right, how much of the other information isn't right??
