I have had some mood swings and lack of libido that I think are related to that, but I am having trouble switching pills. Is the Diane pill available in the US? Also, my primary care doc is going to put me on met/glucophage. For those of you who have been on this for a long time, do you ever notice a decrease in the hirsuitism or hair loss?
