AI understand your concerns. I second guess my PCP all the time. I don't think they really know enough about PCOS to give out the information we need to hear. If you still have the sick feeling with the medicatio let the doc. know. When I started, I cut my doses down and took them periodically throughout the day, instead all at once. It help my body to adjust better. As for the diet/food/carbs. It is always a good idea to monitor carb intake. Really focus on eating fruits and veggies - they are carbs, just not the pasta kind. They help me get my carb intake, but not go full and bloated after eating.
