Thanks Sue. In fact, the itching did not occur until I went off the Zyrtec. I'm starting to wonder though if it's worth taking all this medication. I am trying to lose weight, but the metformin is not really helping with that. Plus, I was able to lose 80 lbs a few years ago without it and without a low carb diet. We'll see, I guess. Thanks though - at least I know I'm not crazy and my physician shouldn't be laughing at me (yes, she did.) :(
