This is exactly what I was going to say (and I'm the allergy poster child). I've been taking Zyrtec year-round for a few years now, and if I miss it for 2 days in a row, I itch all over, especially in my hands. I take the Zyrtec and it goes away. Allegra and Claritin do absolutely nothing for me, but Zyrtec is a *lifesaver*.
