Lauren, I am taking Glucophage RX also, and I experienced the same side effect as you for about the first 3 weeks. I am not a coffee drinker, but I dont think it has anything to do with it. I read the information that came with the pills, and it said that upset tummy is a common side effect. My glucose test was normal too, so I am a bit confused as to why this stuff is working for me, but it is! I have been "regular" for 9 months now. It hasn't helped me as far as weight loss goes, but I have stopped gaining. It hasn't helped with the unwanted hair growth either. I did not change my eating habbits, although I tried. I get a discouraged when I read stuff about PCOS and diet (weight loss), so I avoid that info. and I have just recently started a "lifestyle chage" to loose weight, by using the things that have worked for me in the past. ie. walking, dring a ton of water, and strength training.

Good Luck...
