Things were fine for a year and a half-hardly any breakouts and periods coming on time. Unfortunately beginning this year, my acne has come back worse than ever and my periods have become very very irregular. I've heard about Accutanate-medication for acne which is supposed to help clear up acne. Should i increase my Metformin dosage or should I try taking Accutane instead?
