ABSOLUTELY!!! I see Dr. James Akin (CBH)--he is reputed to be the best in our state, and I believe God has given him special permission to hang the moon in my world. : ) If your insurance doesn't cover treatment through CBH drs., he practices with a woman by the name of Shonna Murray, who is through UK. Both are just incredible and exceedingly knowledgable about PCO. Akin prescribes more met than any other dr in the state (regular endos, included), due to the amt of pts he treats with PCO. When I last asked what his pt. count with PCO was, it was up close to 550. Email me privately for his phone number and all that--I refer everyone I know with PCO to him (or to Murray). : )
