Hi everyone! It has been a while since I last posted. I hope everyone is doing well. I was sitting around waiting for my famous reproductive endocrinologist appointment when my husband lost his job in April. I have no health insurance so I haven't seen a doctor in ages. The good news is I have been watching my diet and exercising and I have been getting my periods every month again. That brings some relief. I lost 10 pounds and am stillgoing for more. The question is can being slightly over weight and living a lifestyle with NO exercise bring on abnormal hormone levels? Can it be that I really don't have PCO? I haven't had a blood test since February so I don't know what my levels are. I was never actually diagnosed with PCO the 3 gyn's were un sure.....sorry so long :) Jen
