Hi Claire, I also was prescribed Prednisone, but I haven't read much about it. What I did find indicated that Prednisone may worsen insulin resistance. However, I do not know if I am insulin resistant. I am taking Clomid and Prednisone, and I got pregnant in November. Unfortunately I had a miscarriage, and have not gotten pregnant since. I am beginning to wonder if Glucophauge (sp) is the way to go.
