Hi. You wrote that you are taking OrthoTriCyclen. You may want to
rethink this. If you read some of the past postings on this discussion
board, several women have pointed out that Ortho TriCyclen should be
avoided in the treatment of PCOS. I was also on Ortho TriCyclen, and
because of these postings I am stopping it. My gyn was also way too
busy and I also thought my gyn problems were not as important to him as
his ob patients. So, I found an reproductive endocrinologist (RE) that
I think will be able to help me figure out what is going on, and should
be covered by my insurance. (I've only seen her once, so I'm not sure
if the claim will go through properly). GOOD LUCK!!!
