DECIDING TO CHANGE MEDICATION????

I have just spent hours reading this site. WOW.. Now here are my questions.I have been diagnosed with PCOS, years ago. I am being treated with spiro-aldactone(200mg daily), and I am on ortho-tricycline...basically to help with acne & my cycle. The BPC has pretty much regulated my cycle. I am also on Paxil for anxiety. OK..as with many of the other users I have found weight just keeps finding me...I killed myself with dieting and exercise for weeks, and ended up gaining weight...needless to say my will power did not last long after that. I am looking closely at AVANDIA as well as changing my anti-depressant to PROZAC or PROZAC-WEEKLY (the research that I have read suggests PROZAC is the only anti-depressant in which does not aid in weight gain)...any thoughts or advice that you can give will be read carefully...I have to keep a anti-depressant...and I do see an endocronologist...not sure if he is a reproductive endo or not.
