Hi. I have 3 questions.Because of continued and distressing problems with tiredness, dry eyes, dry skin and gradual hair loss, I asked a gyn. to request some pcos and hormonal tests for me. She says she requested a complete blood work with estrogen and progesterone, glucose, b and iron. I asked what day I should take the test and she said day 23 or 24 of cycle. I dont think she knows much about pcos and I'd like to know if this is the right day to test estrogen and progesterone but I should wait until 3 days after my period to test LH etc. or if its ok to test all on day 24? Also I was taking chromium gtf for my energy and dry eyes and would like to know how long I should be off before the test so as to get an accurate glucose reading. Are there any other vitamins related to tiredness and foggy thinking that I should get tested? Thanks a lot for any help.
