Hi,
BCPs do not do any good for PCOSers. You are the lucky type (no weight problems), but the only thing BCPs do: they regulate your cycle. The problem of PCOS remains (as evivdenced by the sonogram.) Even if your homrones seem to do fine (which hormones, what values?) you should have a glucose/insulin test and start an insulin sensitizer.
