Hi Jennifer,

The fact that your LH does not elevate (as evidenced by your predictor kit) only signalizes that you dont have an LH peak. It does not provide any further info why you dont ovulate. There are dozens of factors inhibiting ovulation. An endocrine work up usually helps to clarify the possible cause.
