I am confused about something. I've been diagnosed with PCOS and show
most of the classic symptoms. One thing I don't have, though, is a high
LH level. In fact, whenever I use the OPK I get nothing. Not even the
faintest little line. I was under the impression that excess LH is what
causes women with PCOS to not ovulate. Did I misunderstand? Is there
something else that may be causing me to not ovulate? Thanks.
