Hi Laurie,
You should see an RE. PCOS (it is a disease--PCOS and PCOD are the
same) is an endocrine disorder, that is why it's best to see a
RE--because they specialize in this field of where the PCOS connected
to. Just to ask, is there a problem using condoms as BC? They'd
probably be a lot cheaper than buying BCPs every month, or you could
have a BCP shot every 3 months. As far as Met interacting with breast
milk--I'm not sure as I've never been pregnant and had to go off Met due
to the terrible side effects. I think you should start with making an
appt. to see an RE and discuss these issues and go from there. Any BCP
won't help your PCOS and it needs to be treated. We can offer
suggestions, but you really should make that appt. Good luck to you,
and please visit again when you need to. ;)
