Hi,

You should not, because the only proven component in those multivitamins is folic acid all the others are ... well bogus. (A good example is vit B12, which absolutely does not get absorbed from the intestinal tract, why is it then put into those complexes?) Besides they also contain vit A which is proven to be DANGEROUS in early pg.
