There are several factors in conceiving (male/female). The chance of pregnancy is about 15% for each ovulatory cycle. If you are PCOSer clomid may help ovulate, but your chance of ealry pregnancy loss is high. Insulin sensitizers should be consiedered before or together with clomid. For your info
