I started glucophage (500 mg 2x/day) two weeks ago, and have been feeling extremely sleepy as well, unfortunately, I don't have the luxury of getting any more than 7 or 8 hours of sleep, so I just suffer through it. Have also been retaining water like crazy - anyone else have this side effect as well? Would be grateful for any suggestions (other than drinking more water, limiting salt)...
