Hi Christa,

I had a hard disc problem so I can not reproduce you both letters. One of them was this, referring to Diane and pregnancy. There is a huge difference between getting pregnant while ON Diane or AFTER stopping it. Termination is indicated if you conceive while ON any of the antiandrogens. But these drugs are eliminated so quickly, that there is no danger in getting pg after stopping them. IR/PCOS the link is definitive and genetically established. But there is a continuum between testing normal for glucose/insulin, later becoming IR and finally type2 diabetic. So I think it is reasonable to take insulin sensitizers for PCOS even if you dont test + for IR.
