christa,

I went to that web site that was suggested to me and that was very informative.

I am not sure what is going on with my PCOS but with my negative IR result and the fact that without changing my diet and just starting a exercise routine I have lost 2 stone I feel that maybe there is more to PCOS than IR.

I don't really understand whats going on in my body but I am slowly learning that we shouldn't jump on the first bandwagon that comes along. I think that IR medications have and will help a large percentage of women with PCOS but maybe like anthing its not for every one. I am worried that doctors with fall in to the same trap they have with BCP perscribing with out knowing if its right. Thats just my thoughts and no offence to anyone.
