Not taking your cyst serious and taking you off of bcp without working with you about possible alternative methods sounds quacky. Better yet, see if you can get in to see a reproductive endocrinologist. You may not need the bcp per se but dropping it without dealing with the symptoms or cause of PCOS is asking for trouble and this is your life here. You might want to pull some info off of the main site for PCOS and take it in with you as well. It may save you a lot of hassle in the long run.
