Hi, I am on Gluco XR...For 15 days now. I have never taken, just the regular gluco, although, I heard the side effects were awful on that. I on the other hand, take 500mg of Gluco Xr, and I am doing great. I have an occasional bout of gastro, but nothing severe, I can go anywhere, and not worry. Actually, what I have found, is I have it sometimes, right after I eat. Other than that, I have had no other side effects. I have also lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks. And I feel great!!!!!!!! I haven't felt this good in years. I actually have energy again. I have never been so happy. If I can lose 70 more pounds, and I go and see a plastic surgeon on July 20th, (I am getting a breast reduction), I will be a whole new person.
