Hi everyone! I'm am so glad that I have found you all and I hope that you can help me and I can help you when I can. I am 26 years old and have just recently been technically diagnosed with PCOS. I have pretty much guess this is what I had since I have had all the symptoms(hair thinning, trouble with weight, hair in places it shouldn't, and of course AF just won't visit on her own!!)and my Mom and my sister have both been diagnosed with it. My DH and I are TTC and I just finished my first round of clomid and failed to ovulate even though the OPK came out positive. The nurse who did my ultrasound said that I might have been releasing the hormones but nothing happened. The U/S was kind of neat. I had never had one before. Unfortunately, my ovaries, as the nurse said looked like swiss cheese on the U/S because of all the little cysts. The only good news is that there weren't any big ones that looked like they needed removed to cause any more of problem

Is anyone else on here TTC? Has anyone gotten pregnant and gone full term? What kinds of medications are you on, have you tried and how long do you take them before you moved on to something else? I'm really ready to attack this thing and I'm determined to have children and would love it if you guys would share with me what has/hasn't worked for you. I appreciate any insights you could share with me and I'll share whatever I can find out too!! Thanks in advance!!! Melissa :)
