May I say.. My chromium is 400 mcgs :)

mine is from sundown ( well made by ). It is called Chromium 400mcg
XTRA. I got it from wal-mart. It says. balanced with
calcium,grapefruit extract,and a special weight loss complement of
Inositol. If I have the wrong brand DO NOT TELL ME....... I like mine.
Does the same as Metformin did for me,MINUS my HAIR LOSS.....LOL
I also use Vitex 1 500 mg capsule a day along with Natural Progesterone
Cream after O..... That is if I ever O. If I don't then i take the NPC
days 16 til AF shows.
Not much help , but saw the distress on the Chromium and thought i would
