Re: To the person that posted all the vitamins and cinnemonFrom: Becca (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed, 30 May 2001 23:12:30 -0500 (CDT)
To all, especially Ms. "AdoptASAP", I hope I didn't accidentally mislead you into thinking I actually knew what to do with all the supplements I listed. These are just the "natural" insulin sensitizers I've recently heard mentioned. I'm still gathering info. Which leads me to my next problem... Help! I'm not sure how much GTF Chromium to take per day. Someone said in the past 400 mcg, but that CAN'T be right. The only kind I found was 20 mcg a tablet. I can't humanly take 20 a day!! What do I do? I started the cinnamon thing I heard about on Sunday. I get my blood sugar checked on Mon. I think I'll hold off adding the GTF chromium until I figure out what just the cinnamon does.
