Hi Sarah,

It is no rumor its a fact. BCPs are wrong for your IR, for high BP (about 40% of healthy women would develop high BP while on BCP) and metformin would most probably do the job of aldactone too after several months. If you have started aldactone, then it is better to wait 3 mo before weaning from it. For your advice
