The only thing I wanted to respond to is the exersizing. When you eversize, you may not be gaining weight. It just might be turning to muscle which will percieve to either not lose any or gain some. You should be measuring your waist, tummy, upper arms and upper legs to gather your weight loss. I always tell people to throw out the scales. They arent pertainent. 1 to 2 inches a month is a good weight loss.
