Yes, there are. Progesterone (I don't know what do you mean by supplement) may be taken as pill or as a vaginal suppository or applied as a cream. The benefit is, if you apply it for 110 days each month, it may regulate your cycle. Personally I prefer synthetic derivatives of it: progestins, because they are stronger. I am a RE, but I don't know how progesterone deficiency could lead to problems with estrogen, androgen or thyroid levels. Could you provide me with the source of your info? For your help
