Dear Katy,

I have checked the website, and there seems to be something in the product UltraglícemX, or at least the references provided seem to be serious. They refer to several ingredients of UltraglycemX. But I have only checked the titles and the journals they were published in and they seem to be serious. BUt the product itself contains several elements that may be sensitising your system towards insulin. If so, how does this product compare with insulin sensitizers which were developed and tested as such? To tell the truth, as a medical doctor I have much more confidence in bona fide medicins. As for the Twinlab products: both contain caffein which is definitely deleterious if you have IR. For your info
