Hi,

As PCOS is basically a bunch of symptomes (a syndrome), it is not easy to diagnose it sometimes. (Sometimes the patient comes into your office and you can diagnose her before she takes place). But irregular periods and infertility are parts of it.If your labwork support the dx too, than you can take it for sure. If you have it, its better to start insulin sensitizers, because if you start onb clomid the risk of mutliples and miscarriage are both high. For your info
