Dear All,
I just read about some studies showing that 1 tsp a day of ground
cinnamon can work as an effective insulin sensitizer. Has anyone heard
this too?
On that note, if it is true, now I have a choice. I want to start on
EITHER GTF chromium, soy-lecithin, or a cinnamon regimen ASAP. Can
anyone offer advice or guidance about the best thing to try first?
