Hi,

Clomid works for PCOS women, sometimes better than wanted. The risk of multiples is pretty high for PCOSers. The other problem if you don't address the insulin resistance/hyperandrogenism problem before getting pg, the risk of miscarriage is high. Treating insulin resistance most often results in ovulatory cycles within several months. If you don't get pg within 6 mo, than it's indicated to add clomid. For your info
