PCOD tends to be used for those diagnosed with cysts. Anything is possible with the right treatment. Its important to find a good RE (reproductive endocronologist) to get the best treatments. Once you do get pregnant, you will need to find a gyna that deals with diabetes pregnancies and other high risk pregnancies. Sad to say, miscarriages are very common in PCOS/PCOD. Bed rest is important and constant monitoring. Folic Acid can do a world of good as well as healthy eating before hand.
