Ask your doctor about the mini pill ( I don't know it's name brand but and ob/gyn should know what your talking about) That's what my doctor prescribed after having babies when I was still breastfeeding. As far as I know it has no estrogen in it. You have to make sure and take it at almost exactly the same time every day or you may have breakthrough bleeding but other than that it worked fine.
