I have started using chromium GTF and Saw Palmetto ( the extract 160mg
not the whole berry, it must say 85% to 95% fatty acids and sterols to
work). I also take 1000mgs of met but hope to one day stop taking it,
as it does not seem to be working very good anymore (was 2000mgs but was
getting sicker and dropped it to 1500 and then 1000mgs, taking 2
chromiums to replace them. Have not felt so good in a while, my brain
fog is lifting and my sex drive it coming back hehe. Oh also take
calcium and magnesium and All one powder vit mix and do a somewhat low
carb diet, hope to go all natural some day but will do it slowly.
Oh also looking into alpha-lipoic acid and ultraglycem X.
Hope this helps you :).
