Hi Jennifer,

This is the typical story with side effects. Those who have them post here, those who don't have are sitting home still. The only way to learn your personal reaction to a drug is to try it. For your encouragement: I have treated some 20-25 women with metformin during the last 1,5 years and none of them had to stop it for side effects, but all of them had some improvement in their PCOS symptoms.
