Hi Sarah,

There is nothing revolutionary new on PCOS, but BCPs are still not recommended, because they only mask the disease in best case. Provera may help to induce a bleed, but why every three month? What about taking any of the insulin sensitizers that address the core problem of PCOS, insulin resistance. For your info
