Christa,

For years I knew nothing about IR so I was just taking the Diane 35. They put me on Metformin last year but would not let me take diane with it (which really inconvienced my life).

Your probably right about not addresses the IR problem but I have never had a test to see if I was IR so I don't actually know if I am. If i could take an insulin sensitizer and took BCP I think it would be easier. I was so aware of not knowing when I was going to have a period or be sick. At least if your on the pill you know when your period is coming so you don't have to worry about that.

I know that I should address the problem and not mask the symtoms but I just on't know what to do.
