I have an extreamly busy lifestyle and found it imposssible to take the metformin that I was proscribed due to the reaction I had (sickness etc). I have gone back on BCP diane 35 as nothing else has made me feel Normal ( I get very depressesed, spotty and generally icky). Also I use it for Birth Control. Can I start something like Actos and stay on BCP? Should I have been tested for IR before I tried going on Metformin? Do all PCOSer's have IR or just some?
