I read it on a personal PCOS website with a list of foods supposedly high in d chiro inositol. Now the owner of the site has said that the creator of the list does not think the foods contain d chiro inositol and she has removed the list from her site.

At this time, I know of only one food that is DOCUMENTED to be rich in d chiro inositol--buckwheat Farinetta. Do a search and you will see info linking you to the Minndak company. They are involved in the research related to d chiro inositol--they are producers of the food product.
