Hi Anon,

Most probably the same blood tests will be repeated which were done before treatment. This is the reason of follow up testing. As for spironolactone, this is a drug most often prescribed for hyperandrogenism in the US, but it is not the best antiandrogen at all. For you info Sam Ob/Gyn,RE
