I can't speak about Actos, but I can say that staying on an insulin sensitizer while pregnant is essential. Unfortunately my RE took me off Met and I had a missed miscarriage in my 12th week. So insist that you stay on an insulin sensitizing medication when you do become pregnant! Good Luck! Christine
