Thanks to everyone for their thoughts & input on this. I recognize that caffeine and articial sweeteners aren't healthful for us under any circumstance -- but as I try to understand & cope with PCOS and IR, it's nice to have a little science in your back pocket to help me (us) make sense of it all. Much appreciated!
